Associate membership offers curated access for those whose schedules or circumstances call for a more considered arrangement. Subject to availability and member-circle review.

Membership by Acceptance
Associate Membership is subject to seasonal availability and member-circle review. Prospective associates must submit a membership request and receive approval from La Sociedad Privada before access privileges begin. All visits require advance booking. Membership access, guest privileges, event invitations, and lounge use remain subject to applicable law, availability, capacity, house rules, and the executed membership agreement.

Private Membership is the core individual membership of La Sociedad Privada. Designed for those who want full access to the lounge, a personalized cigar locker, and the ability to experience LSP as part of its private community, this membership offers the essential privileges of belonging without unnecessary complexity.

Membership by Acceptance
Private Membership is personal, individual, and nontransferable. Prospective members must submit a membership request, receive approval from La Sociedad Privada, and execute the applicable membership agreement before access and locker privileges begin. Membership access, guest privileges, locker use, events, discounts, and reservations remain subject to applicable law, capacity, house rules, and the executed membership agreement.

Patron Membership
The Highest Level of Ongoing Membership.
Patron Membership is designed for those who want the most complete La Sociedad Privada experience. Offering premium locker placement, expanded guest privileges, preferred pricing, priority access, and personalized assistance, Patron Membership provides the highest level of ongoing recognition and service available after the Founding 25.
Patron membership includes
- •Full lounge access during regular member hours
- •Membership for one primary Patron and one approved named associate
- •Premium personalized Spanish-cedar locker placement
- •Up to five accompanied guests per visit
- •20% preferred pricing on cigars and cigar boxes
- •10% preferred beverage pricing where legally permitted
- •Highest-priority reservation privileges, subject to availability and capacity
- •Priority access to private releases and special opportunities
- •Four selected LSP-produced event admissions annually
- •Concierge assistance for reservations and member experiences
- •Preferred consideration for approved private gatherings
- •Valet parking at designated events when offered

Named Associate Privileges
Each Patron may designate one named associate, subject to approval by La Sociedad Privada. The named associate is fixed to the membership, is nontransferable, and may not be changed or substituted casually. Any requested change must receive prior written approval from La Sociedad Privada and may be subject to an administrative fee. The primary Patron remains responsible for the conduct, charges, and compliance of the named associate and all accompanied guests.

Prospective Patrons must submit a membership request, receive approval from La Sociedad Privada, and execute the applicable membership agreement before access and privileges begin. Membership access, associate privileges, guest privileges, locker use, events, pricing, concierge assistance, valet service, private gatherings, and reservations remain subject to applicable law, availability, capacity, house rules, and the executed membership agreement.

The Founding 25
Twenty-Five Names. One Beginning. A Permanent Legacy.
La Sociedad Privada was created to be more than a private cigar lounge. It is a society built around atmosphere, meaningful relationships, timeless hospitality, and the belief that those present at the beginning should always be remembered.
Founder No. 01 is permanently held by José S. Rosas. Only twenty-four Founding Memberships — numbered 02 through 25 — will ever be offered. Once these positions have been accepted, Founding Membership will close permanently.
A Place in the History of LSP
The Founding 25 are not simply the first members of La Sociedad Privada. They are the individuals whose names and numbers will forever be connected to its beginning. Each accepted Founder receives a permanent Founder designation, a sequential membership number, and recognition that will remain part of LSP's history long after the original memberships have been allocated.

Exclusive to the Founding 25
The Founders' Fitting
Every accepted Founder will be invited to an exclusive private fitting evening held at La Sociedad Privada. An experienced tailor will meet individually with each Founder, take personal measurements, and assist with the commissioning of a bespoke deep-oxblood velvet smoking jacket created exclusively for the Founding 25.
Each jacket will feature a black satin shawl collar, restrained bronze detailing, the LSP crest, and a personalized interior label displaying the Founder's name and permanent membership number.
"The Founders' Fitting will be more than an appointment. It will be an evening of cigars, conversation, hospitality, and the beginning of a tradition unique to La Sociedad Privada."
The private fitting experience and LSP personalization are included with Founding Membership. The cost of the individually tailored jacket will be quoted separately by the tailor based on final fabric and customization selections.

Membership by Acceptance
Founding Membership is personal, limited, and subject to approval. Prospective members must submit a membership request, be accepted by La Sociedad Privada, and execute the definitive membership agreement before receiving a Founder number. Founding status may not be sold, assigned, or transferred unless expressly approved in writing by La Sociedad Privada. Membership access, guest privileges, locker use, events, and other benefits remain subject to applicable law, capacity, house rules, and the executed membership agreement.
