La Sociedad Privada began not as a business plan, but as a conviction — that the city deserved a room built around the particular pleasure of a great cigar and the company of people who know what they are doing. The bars, restaurants, and hotel lounges were too loud, too transient, too indifferent.
The founding members spent years searching for the right space, the right aesthetic, and the right philosophy before opening the doors. Every detail — the humidor conditions, the spirit selection, the weight of the leather chairs — was debated, revised, and debated again. The result is a room that feels as though it has always existed, and always will.

Built from the ground up in the heart of Fall River, LSP is the result of years of vision, craftsmanship, and personal investment. Every detail — from the dark walnut finishes and grand fireplace to the private cigar lockers and carefully selected spirits — has been designed to create a place that feels established, intimate, and entirely its own.
